Ground Thaw

Here is an effective solution to thawing frozen ground, preventing frost, or curing and protecting freshly placed concrete from freezing. We have various sizes, (component based or trailered units) plus the ability to custom build your kit around our 1.2M Btu hydronic heaters, which have the capacity to thaw up to 24,000 sq. ft. These systems ensure proper site conditions round the clock — your concrete is always protected, or your ground is always ready to excavate no matter when the excavator is onsite. Providing peace of mind and allowing you to stay on top of your construction schedule, these units quickly prove their value and effectiveness.

  • 400K units have onboard generators for stand alone operation

  • Thaw up to 6,000 sq. ft. or cure up to 8,000 sq. ft. from a single unit
  • Utilizing our flow reverse ensures proper uniform temperature control
  • Can be used for emergency heat by hooking up thermostatically controlled fan coils
