Benefits of Renting
Why Should I Rent?
There are many factors to consider when weighing the options on whether to purchase or rent air conditioning equipment. While price is often the main factor, the associated longer term costs are frequently dismissed.
There are many factors that reduce or eliminate any real price difference between renting or purchasing equipment. Renting is a form of insurance against costly breakdowns or failures; a Cool Air rental unit will be replaced or immediately repaired at our cost. A rental expense may the best accounting option where there is not enough money available in the capital budget. We take considerable time in establishing our rental rates to make it economical and practical to rent.
A system will need to be put in place to make sure that the purchased air conditioning unit is regularly tested so that it works when you need it. If a breakdown or problem occurs with a unit that you have purchased, your company is responsible for the additional cost. With our rental units, all servicing prior, during, and after the rental period is the responsibility of Cool Air.
Filters should be cleaned frequently, condensate jugs must be emptied and kept in the unit, and flex duct should be inspected and in good repair. All Cool Air units will arrive in excellent working order with clean filters and all pieces intact and ready for operation.
Moving within a building may be relatively easy, but moving from site to site can be problematic and can easily result in costly damage to the unit if proper precautions are not taken. We customize our rental units by adding handles and high quality casters to make them easier to transport. One simple phone call is all it takes to start or stop a rental. Can’t get any easier than that.
